The Wizard in Gauntlet doesn’t dominate play at any level, unlike the wizard of 5e, and the Warrior/Elf/Valkyrie are all decent martial-based characters worth playing, unlike the Fighter of 5e. This also makes me want to break out my Wii and see if Gauntlet is available for download…
