Riding Longclaw
Riding Longclaw
Description
The Riding Longclaw is a sleek and deadly creature, a bipedal reptilian hunter which has been bred, with much difficulty, to be a barely-controlled mount. Much taller than a man, it is best known for its oversized arms which end in the unnaturally long claws that give it its name. It is both cunning and vicious, and it is only trainable because it is possible to tune its pack instincts to work together with humans and other species. Expensive to feed and dangerous to maintain, it is the mount of the most elite of soldiers, mecenaries, and warlords. In battle, it is constantly in motion, always seeking the ideal point from which to strike.
