One of the more potent of animated skeletons, the Dragonskull Bilespewer is, as its name implies, the skull of a dragon, harvested from The Skeletal Lattice and controlled by a necromancer. It is imbued with a shadow-personality, though it has no real memories of what it was in life. It often taunts or mocks enemies as it engulfs them with its attacks, and will use its great flight speed and mobility to seek out the safest places from which to strike, leading up with Death Lightning and then taking advantage of the vulnerability with its primary attack. If forced into melee, it will use Spinning Bite as often as it can. Dragonskulls are loyal to their creator, but if that creator should die, they sometimes seek out servants of their own. A Dragonskull is often placed on top of a treasure mound or mounted as a seeming decoration in a great haul; when it springs to life and begins vomiting necrotic energy, it can be quite a surprise. If somehow forced to the ground, it can pull itself along by opening and closing its jaw; it is almost comical when moving in this fashion.
Dragonskulls, whether controlled or not, are often decorated with jewelery, drilled into its bony structure.
